Helpful Info

When you book the recovery zone. Your appointment is private to you and your party. No other members will be able to attend the Recovery Zone during each individual booking.

Each appointment lasts 90mins with a 15min buffer in between appointments to allow staff to clean after each group.

Swimwear, towels and a water bottle.

The Recovery Zone has multiple shower facilities available for users.

Spring water and herbal tea will be available to customers for free. We also have a 84″ projector screen to view sporting events.
